January 1, 2002 marked the merger of two well-established Indiana law firms – Bingham Summers Welsh & Spilman and McHale Cook & Welch – forming Bingham McHale. From that day, our attorneys, who represent a variety of businesses and individuals, combined a 130-year history and a longstanding commitment into one ideal: providing high quality, effective legal services with proven results and personal, responsive attention.
