For more than 90 years we have helped build and grow Indiana, and regularly represent businesses, individual and organizational developers, financial institutions, local governments and their agencies, and others engaged in the sale, acquisition, development, financing and management of real estate.

Our decades-old relationship with the City of Indianapolis has given us the opportunity to be involved in development and construction of the Indiana Convention Center, Circle Center Mall, the Conrad Hotel, the RCA Dome, Victory Field, and the new Lucas Oil Stadium.

With more than $6 billion in real estate transactions closed since 2007, Bingham McHale has the experience to meet the challenges presented by complex engagements involving real estate development, construction projects, contracting, property tax issues, land use and entitlements, and other project engagements.

As financial conditions continue to weigh heavily on the real esate market, our firm has created a Strategic Real Estate Asset Team to help lenders, owners and other stakeholders strategically assess their options.

In recent years, Indiana has been identified as a promising home for green energy: recent wind turbine projects in Benton County and White County have added more than 600 MW of wind power to "the grid." Our department's renewable energy experience includes assisting alternative energy companies with their Indiana wind farm projects. Our group understands that Indiana is a good source of wind power and offers an excellent "on ramp" to the electric grid.
