Our 2008 "Best Places to Work in Indiana" award was due in no small part to the more than 100 dedicated staff that support the firm's 140 attorneys. Accounting
Our Accounting Department oversees the firm's finances: accounts payable, accounts receivable, billings, collections, and budgeting.

Our team of four professionals executes the firm's business development and marketing strategies, which includes advertisements, client entertainment, events, media relations, newsletters, proposals, training, and the firm's website.

Our facilities staff coordinates all of the behind-the-scenes action for our four office locations: conference center, mailroom, maintenance, central files, office moves, office supplies, security, stationery, and storage.

Our experienced staff orchestrates compensation, benefits, evaluations, hiring, orientation, payroll, and professional development, as well as firm receptions, holiday parties, and employee counseling.
