Diversity
Bingham McHale defines diversity to include group differences
(based on age, race, gender, sexual orientation, disabilities,
parental status or job group) and individual differences (including
communications style, career experience and other variables). The
firm is committed to increasing the diversity of staff at all levels
while paying special attention to improving the representation
of minorities in key positions; changing the organizational culture
of the firm through leadership, policies and practices; creating
an inclusive, respectful and equitable environment; and serving
our clients with culturally sensitive services.

In 2007, Bingham McHale and Coleman Stevenson formed alliance to
enhance diverse legal representation through co-counsel teams.
This alliance will allow both firms to offer a full array of legal
services to a broader base of clients, meeting the needs of our
multicultural marketplace and global economy. The co-counsel teams
have the resources to work on large, complex matters from local,
regional and national organizations as well as to help emerging
businesses get off to a strong start.
