Equine
Law
Bingham McHale has represented the interests of the Indiana Horse Racing Commission since shortly after the Commission’s inception in 1989. Accordingly, Bingham McHale attorneys are not in a position to represent any person, entity or organization that participates in horse racing in the State of Indiana.
Bingham McHale, LLP is the first law firm in Indiana to form a multidisciplinary Equine Law practice catering to the specific business and legal needs of non-racing equine professionals, corporations and entities across the state and nation.
If you have a legal issue involving horses, it is best to consult with an attorney experienced, knowledgeable and familiar with the horse world. Whether you are an owner, exhibitor, trainer, riding instructor, veterinarian; or whether you operate a breeding farm or horse association, you want an attorney who is familiar with the custom and practice of the industry. Bingham McHale is working to bring together attorneys knowledgeable in the horse industry to offer this knowledge and expertise to the equine businessmen and women across Indiana and the United States. The Bingham McHale Equine Law practice is made up of attorneys who have strong, practical backgrounds with equine issues and have equestrian experience as owners, riders and appreciators of horses.
