Bingham McHale handles complex proceedings throughout the state of Indiana. We litigate claims involving breach of fiduciary duty for and against fiduciaries and their agents; removal of fiduciaries; will and trust interpretation; construction and reformation; charitable gifts; prudent investor duties; attorney and fiduciary fee disputes; and disputed claims for and against estates, trusts and guardianships. We handle most types of will and trust contests including claims of undue execution, lack of capacity, fraud, duress and undue influence, omitted spouses and beneficiaries and related challenges.
