We were pleased to obtain a summary judgment ruling for a law firm client against a multimillion dollar claim arising from the negotiation of a limitation of liability clause in a software development and services contract. 

We received an appellate decision affirming judgment against claims by directors of a publicly held business that our accounting firm client had given them advice in their individual capacities, rather than as members of the board of directors.
