Product Liability

Bingham McHale’s responsive attorneys have a long history of statewide and national involvement in a wide variety of product liability litigation matters. We represent a broad cross section of both U.S.-based and international businesses in claims of alleged manufacturing or design defects as well as insufficient warnings, breach of warranty and consumer protection statutes involving both individual litigants and national and statewide class action proceedings.

Examples of products that the firm has litigated at the trial and/or appellate levels include: consumer products such as food, beverages, tobacco and electronics; vehicles; patent medicines, medical devices and equipment; vaccines; home healthcare products; aviation parts; industrial machinery; and sporting equipment.

Several members of the product liability team have been honored by membership in peer-selected organizations such as the American College of Trial Lawyers, The American Academy of Appellate Lawyers, the Litigation Counsel of America, The Best Lawyers in America and The International Association of Defense Counsel.
