Several members of the firm’s Litigation Department are dedicated to business and real estate litigation matters, and consult extensively with Real Estate Department attorneys on drafting issues, selection of remedies, pre-trial strategy and pre-trial dispute resolution.

This team of effective attorneys provides extensive mediation, arbitration and litigation services in connection with real estate-related disputes, including litigation in federal and state courts involving breach or potential breach of purchase and sale agreements, leasing, eminent domain, quiet title and related actions, claims on title insurance policies, and similar claims.

In addition, our real estate litigators are experienced in seeking temporary restraining orders, preliminary and permanent injunctive relief, and other equitable remedies which often create an atmosphere that encourages the parties to resolve disputes and perform their respective obligations. They also provide an excellent resource to clients who are considering litigation of real estate-related matters to understand potential risks and rewards.
