Bingham McHale at Forefront of Alternative Energy Over the past twelve months, the attorneys at Bingham McHale have participated in some exciting alternative energy developments.
Mary Solada has also been instrumental in guiding Fowler Ridge through the land use and real estate permitting process. She also guided the State's first wind farm, the Benton County Wind Farm, through the land use and permitting process and was a panelist at Indiana's first wind energy conference: WIndiana 2008 held on June 17th and 18th. Bingham McHale sponsored WIndiana 2008. Additionally, attorneys at Bingham McHale have been heavily involved in the development of three ethanol plants in the State.
