Martha Schmidt Hollingsworth is an attorney experienced in all aspects of environmental and complex litigation and insurance coverage. She defended the lessor of a Superfund site through eight years of Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) litigation. She has spoken on the topic of environmental law at numerous seminars throughout Indiana and Illinois. Her most recent award was the 2007 Indianapolis Bar Association’s Honorable Paul H. Buchanan Award of Excellence. Martha is also a member of the Bingham McHale Women’s Forum.
