Indiana SuperLawyers 2009 has named a Bingham McHale LLP attorney to each of its three "top" lists. David Tittle was named to the "Top 10" list; Karl Mulvaney, David Tittle, Wayne Turner were named to the "Top 50" list; and Martha Hollingsworth and Nana Quay-Smith were named to the "Top 25 Women" list.

In addition, Bingham McHale LLP is pleased to announce that 26 of its attorneys have been named to the Indiana Super Lawyers 2009 list. Twelve attorneys have been named Indiana Rising Stars.

“Indiana Super Lawyers & Rising Stars” is a joint project of Law & Politics Magazine and the Indianapolis Monthly. The Super Lawyers designation is limited to no greater than 5% of the Bar who represent the very elite according to peers. No more than 2.5 percent of eligible attorneys are named to the Rising Stars list.
