Indianapolis, Ind. –  Phillip M. Lodato has joined Bingham McHale LLP as an associate in the law firm’s business advisory department. He will concentrate his practice in business services, representing clients in complex transactions such as mergers and acquisitions as well as general business matters.

Lodato is a graduate of Indiana University School of Law – Bloomington and Indiana University with a B.A. in Economics. He was admitted to practice law in Illinois in 2003 and Indiana in 2006.  Lodato is currently a member of the Indiana and Indianapolis Bar Associations and volunteers as a board member for Connect2Help, a not-for-profit health and human services organization.
