Indianapolis, Ind. – Steven G. Cracraft was inducted as a Fellow into the Litigation Counsel of America during its recent conference held in Scottsdale, Arizona.   

The Litigation Counsel of America is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellowship in the LCA is highly selective and by invitation only. Fellows are selected based upon effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation. The LCA is aggressively diverse in its composition. Established as a trial and appellate lawyer honorary society reflecting the American bar in the twenty-first century, the LCA represents the best in law among its membership.*

Cracraft’s trial practice concentrates on complex business, intellectual property, and real estate litigation before federal and state courts, and administrative agencies.  He has increasingly focused on intellectual property litigation disputes concerning patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, unfair competition, and trade secrets, and has represented clients from a wide variety of industries, including technology, consumer products, agriculture, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals.  Cracraft has also been involved in a variety of complex shareholder disputes and derivative actions.  In addition to his litigation practice, Cracraft provides strategic advice regarding the structure, negotiation and implementation of intellectual property enforcement and licensing programs and portfolio management services. Named as a Super Lawyers® from 2004-2007, he was voted one of the top 5% of all lawyers in Indiana by peer selection.
