Indianapolis, Ind. – Whitney L. Mosby, Bingham McHale, will be installed as chair of the Young Lawyer Division of the Indianapolis Bar Association. The installation luncheon will be held on Thursday, January 31, 2008, at noon at the Hilton Indianapolis.

Mosby is an associate in the Indianapolis law firm of Bingham McHale, LLP, concentrating her practice in bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. She is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Law -Indianapolis and is active in a number of professional organizations, including the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation and the Commercial & Bankruptcy Law Section of the Indianapolis Bar Association. She is a 2005 graduate of the IBA Bar Leader Series and is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
