Schools (Charter)

Bingham McHale has supported the charter school movement in Indiana for years. In 2001, our perceptive attorneys helped state legislators craft the law (Indiana Code 20-24) that today provides educational opportunities for thousands of Hoosier children in 50 charter schools across Indiana.

Each December, we bring Indiana’s movers and shakers together to debate upcoming public policy issues, such as charter schools, for the annual Bingham McHale Legislative Conference.
